PAYMENTS
If you’ve selected the monthly, recurring payment option:
  • Payments will be processed on that same date that you are signing up, every month (example: You sign up on the 13th, your monthly fee will be processed on the 13th of each month).
  • The card that you’ve placed on file will be utilized for all recurring payments. 
  • If the card you have provided gets cancelled for any reason or expires, it is your responsibility to email karah@intentionalgrowthnow.com and updated your card before the next billing cycle. Failure to do this, and therefore missing an agreed upon monthly payment, will result in your termination from the So Much More Than Mom membership group.
  • You will get a notification email from karah@intentionalgrowthnow.com approximately 25 days prior to your 6 months of membership ending. At this time, you may re-sign up for another 6 months in either the monthly, recurring payment option or the lump sum payment option to remain an active, exclusive member!

If you’ve selected the lump sum payment option:
  • Payment will be collected in full, today.
  • You will get a notification email from karah@intentionalgrowthnow.com approximately 25 days prior to your 6 months of membership ending. At this time, you may re-sign up for another 6 months in either the monthly, recurring payment option or the lump sum payment option to remain an active, exclusive member!

ACCESS TO CONTENT
  • All live, monthly calls will occur via the private Meta (Facebook group). Calls will occur at 12pm CST, every 2nd Tuesday of the month. 
  • You will gain access to the Meta group by confirming your email address; ONLY exclusive, paid members will have access to the group!
  • Call times may be subject to change; members will be notified if needs to occur. 
  • Video replays will remain within our private Meta group for 30 days and will then be removed. 

GROUP DYNAMICS & GUIDELINES
  • This group is intended to be an empowering, supportive, uplifting, helpful, and judgement-free space.
  • Oppressive (and of the “isms:” racism, ableism, etc.) and/or derogatory language and/or behavior will not be tolerated. If this occurs, this is grounds for your removal from the group. No refunds will be provided. 
  • Real life experiences, questions, inquiries, and feedback will always be welcomed!
  • Please use respect and caution when on live calls; we want everyone to be able to speak and share but we do not want anyone taking over or overpowering the live calls. 
  • The private group is a great place to connect with one another outside of live calls, so please take advantage of this! Feel free to post anytime within the group to gain feedback, other perspectives, have questions answered, etc. 
  • Discretion of behavior during you time as a member is ultimately up to the group facilitator (Karah), if bullying, oppressive actions, or any terminating actions, etc. occur at any point in time, your membership access will be terminated and there will be no refunds of any kind.
